On going through the writ petition it appears that the sole grievance of the petitioner is that high voltage electric wire being laid by the respondent National Hydro Power Corporation ( for short 'the NHPC') crossed the agricultural land of the petitioner which may cause harm to him. NHPC has the requisite power to take steps for electrification of the village(s) under block Turkoliya. Except raising the aforesaid grievance, no legal impediment in doing so by the NHPC has been pointed out. In my view, the ends of justice shall be sub served

Patna High Court CWJC No.17684 of 2013 (2) dt.21-06-2016 if the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation raising the aforesaid grievance either before the Managing Director of NHPC or the Executive Engineer, NHPC, Motihari Division, Motihari for consideration in accordance with law. The writ application is disposed of.
