2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) & 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Petitioner is accused of looting the mobile and purse of the victim. He was chased and caught. He threw away the purse but the mobile phone, which was snatched from the victim was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2024.

4. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
