Mr. Shyam Bihari Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners filed the aforesaid petition for extension of period of one month for surrender before the learned lower court.

Vide order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61044 of 2018 petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court and directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14556 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner nos. 1 to 3 were living in Chandigarh for earning their livelihood and, as such, they could not know the stipulated time granted by this Court for surrender while petitioner nos. 4 and 5 were suffering from some ailment. They have not intentionally and deliberately flouted the order of this Court and requested for four weeks more time to surrender before the learned lower court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below .

This criminal miscellaneous application stands disposed of.
