JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the contemnors submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.20034 of 2018, the Regional Deputy Director Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, has already passed a reasoned order dated 30.06.2023, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to assail the aforesaid order 30.06.2023. Liberty so sought is granted.

The contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
