JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that in the office order dated 08.07.2013 issued by the Director, Chakbandi (respondent no.3) authorities have proceeded upon presumption that date of conviction of the petitioner in criminal case was 21.03.1998. He submits that actually conviction is dated 13.06.2001 and the order of Director, Chakbandi (respondent no.3) suffers from an error apparent on the face of record. He prays that he will point out the same mistake to respondent no.3 by making representation and seeking amendment of the office order dated 08.07.2013 for rectifying said mistake so as to alter the consequence of office order dated 08.07.2013.
