JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 324 of 2013, arising out of Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013, dated 25.02.2013, instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has remained in jail for five years by now; but the trial is almost on the verge of completion.

Siddharth Harsh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has informed this Court that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38344 of 2018 (3) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 the prosecution evidence has been closed.

Let the Trial Court conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, after giving fair opportunity to the defence side for bringing forth their case. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed.
