2. From perusal of record, I find that the petitioner seeks following relief(s):- "That the present writ petition is being filed for quashing FIR hearing SC/ST P.S. Case No. 18/21, dated 01.03.21 as the content of F.I.R. does not spell out specific allegation and the same is originating out of vengeance

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.347 of 2022(5) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 and continuance of same will be an abuse of process of court of law and the same is fit to be quashed."

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State-respondents and learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that after investigation in the above noted case, the allegations have been found false and final form has been submitted. Therefore, the petitioner's grievances and the concerns in the present petition have already been redressed by the respondents and the present writ petition has lost its efficacy and the same is liable to the dismissed.

4. In the light of submission of learned counsel for the State-respondents, finding that the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied and the investigation in SC/ST P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021 is directed to be closed against the petitioner, the present petition has become infructuous and disposed of as such. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) DKS/- U T
