In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Allegedly, the petitioner assaulted by Katta causing injury on the head of mother of the informant and others assaulted with Lathi and Danda to the brother and mother of the informant. Submission is that injury as noticed in the impugned order measuring 4 C.M. x 1 C.M. x 1 C.M. caused by hard and blunt substance and due to intervention of well wisher and common friends case has been compromised and compromise petition has also been filed in the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, certified copy of which has been filed herewith.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31148 of 2014 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that in view of compromise lenient view can be taken.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that good sense has been arrived at between the parties, the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Sitamarhi in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
