JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-05-2020 The petitioner, who is custody since 01.01.2020 and is a person of clean antecedents, seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/4/2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears that 45 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Regard being had to the clean antecedents, nature of accusation and the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16717 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/4/2020.
