The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one another accused were caught while they made an attempt to escape. No documents were produced by them with respect to the motorcycle in question.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has no concern with the allegedly seized motorcycle. He is in custody since 13.8.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP for the State.

Case no. 93 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-II, Benipatti, Madhubani.
