This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Banshi P.S. Case No.104 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2)/61 of the B.N.S. 2023. 3.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. 4.

It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner got married to the deceased in the year 2017. It has also been argued that the wife of the petitioner had committed suicide and the petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the facts and circumstance of the case, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Arwal / concerned Court below, in connection with Banshi P.S.
