JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 The Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Banka, is now saddled with the responsibility to facilitate the settlement of post retiral dues of the petitioner by taking appropriate steps and cooperating with the In-charge Medical Officer of Referral Hospital, Amarpur.
This direction has been issued in view of the fact that the petitioner is facing harassment at the hands of the Dealing Assistant of the said office and the petitioner is not in a very good physical status to suffer the harassment as is her categorical statement in the reply to the counter affidavit.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12648 of 2016(7) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 It will be in the interest of things that all entitlements including grant of ACP etc. of the petitioner is updated and the necessary authorization is sent to the office of the Accountant General for processing.
The petitioner is also directed to provide due cooperation in facilitation of settlement of post retiral dues. Writ is disposed off. The Court expects the Civil Surgeoncum-Chief Medical Officer, Banka, to do the needful within a reasonable time frame as the Court has saddled him with the responsibility and if occasion arises he shall be held responsible.
