This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Habibpur PS Case No. 95 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he has given farsa blow causing injury to the informant. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the occurrence was allegedly taken place at the place of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

This application is allowed accordingly. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Habibpur PS Case No. 95 of 2017.
