This is an application for modification of the condition of the order dated 31.1.2020.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the certificate of fix deposit of Rs. 1 lakh as stated in the application instead of cash deposit of the said amount. To that extent, the order dated 31.1.2020 stands modified. The application is accordingly disposed of.
