The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of throwing a bomb on the roof of the house of the informant along with other accused persons which caused injury to the informant and his family members.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38742 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 is land dispute between the parties due to which the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since, 05.05.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016.
