The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14..09.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case got initiated on the basis of written report of Rakesh Yadav submitted before the Station House Officer, Krishna Brahm Police Station is to the effect that on 20.07.2018 at 10.20 P.M., co-accused, Guddu fired on the informant causing injury on his knee. Subsequently, coaccused Guddu was identified in the torch light, leading to registration of FIR against co-accused Guddu. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation.

Learned APP for the state submits that the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. Considering the specific accusation of firing against co-accused Guddu and the fact that name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2018.
