Petitioner has asked for correction of his address as detailed under order dated 15.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17781 of 2015 which is based upon the address furnished by the petitioner in the petition.

Taking into account the submission made on behalf of petitioner in consonance with the status of the petitioner as incorporated in the First Information Report, Vakalatnama, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and on account thereof, his address is corrected as Dilwar Khan son of Late Rafi Khan, resident of villageKharbupur Purani Bazar, P.S.-Kharbupur, District- Gonda(U.P.) and the order dated 15.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17781 of 2015 be accordingly read. Consequent thereupon, Cr. Misc. No.29426 of 2015 is allowed.
