JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment dated 11.05.2018 passed in C.W.JC. No. 8963 of 2018 (Chandra Shekhar Azad & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors.). Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 4 shall examine the case of the petitioner and take a final decision.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.6686 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 filing appropriate representation enclosing a copy of the judgment dated 11.05.2018 passed in C.W.JC. No. 8963 of 2018 (Chandra Shekhar Azad & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors.) within a period of four weeks from today and in case such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed off within a period of eight weeks thereafter considering the aforesaid judgment dated 11.05.2018.
