The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(B), 436, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner and informant are agnates and residing in the same village. In fact, the proposal of marriage of informant with petitioner was denied by the petitioner's side and due to this reason, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Though, it is alleged that petitioner assaulted the informant, on account of which, her teeth was broken, but the doctor has found no such injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16853 of 2023(4) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 6th cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S.
