1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the Magadh University, for grant of promotion, but the same is still pending. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation incorporating all the facts within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Learned Counsel for the University does not have any objection with regard to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor of the Magadh University raising all his grievance(s) within a period of four weeks from today and if such a representation is filed, the Vice Chancellor is requested to dispose the same in accordance with law by a speaking order after taking into consideration all the relevant materials within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
