2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 16.04.2024 daughter of informant, aged about 16 years, after taking her dinner went to sleep and on the next morning, when informant awoke, he found that his daughter was missing, and on search he came to know that co-accused Abhishek Kumar, this petitioner and other named accused have kidnapped her (daughter of informant).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No such

No.16988 of 2025(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., ever took place, rather daughter of informant, without informing anyone, herself left the house with co-accused Abhishek Kumar, with whom, daughter of informant was having love-affairs. Petitioner has got no concern with co-accused Abhishek Kumar and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he kidnapped the daughter of informant (victim) and the victim is still traceless.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
