Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 299 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner has been named merely on basis of suspicion. As a matter of fact, none has seen the petitioner throwing the bomb. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.15152 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 299 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
