The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 326, 354, 3076, 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons murdered Najir Rai, Chanarik Rai and Putul Rai.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2020 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner nor any specific injury is attributed against

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. case No.126 of 2019.
