Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Rs. 1 lacs kept in bag was robbed by the three unknown miscreants who were boarded on motorcycle and they were apprehended by the villagers. They disclosed their names as Md. Parwej, Md. Saifullah and Md. Gulab, the petitioner. The said amount of Rs. 1 lacs was recovered from them.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in more cases which was instituted for the same occurrence as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner was apprehended on the spot.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount 2022each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Benipatti, Distt,-Madhubani, in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
