2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No.142 of 2017 registered for an offence under sections 20, 25(i) and 27 of the NDPS Act.

3. Informant of this case is the SHO of Gaurichak police station. It has been alleged that he visited at the house of the petitioner and on search nothing incriminating article was recovered. However, two live plants of ganja without any flower was found planted in front of his house by the side of the road. The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2017 without having any criminal antecedent.

4. In the facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43801 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No.82 of 2017 arising out of Gaurichak P.S.Case No.142 of 2017.
