2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 644 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. One Mina Devi was in a relationship with the petitioner. The deceased caught Mina Devi, his Bhabhi, talking with the petitioner and threatened her. Thereafter, Mina Devi along with the present petitioner and others have planned the murder of the deceased and after calling him on the road, they killed him. The murder weapon has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2024.

4. Considering the serious nature of allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17142 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
