This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 18838 of 2015 since the Opposite Party No. 2 has instituted two cases against the Petitioner and this Court has directed to deposit a sum of Rs.400/- in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 in both the cases which was unjustified and, hence, this Court by the order dated 13.5.2015 has directed the Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.400/- in one case only i.e. Patepur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2009, but the Petitioner has deposited the arrears in Patepur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2007 as directed earlier by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 13.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 18838 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in place of "Patepur P.S. Case No. 9 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17384 of 2016 (2) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 2009, let it be read as "Patepur P.S.Case No. 70 of 2007". The application stands allowed.
