Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18968 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed on 15.09.2022 and not a single witness has been examined till date. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2020.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Nawada in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22646 of 2023(3) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 connection with Session Trial No. 357 of 2021 arising out of Pakribarawana P. S. Case No. 171 of 2020.
