02-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This relates to grant of bail in Panapur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 304-B, 201, 120(B) alongwith Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., the daughter of the informant was married with son of petitioner on 04-01-2018, but it is alleged that on 21-11-2019, the daughter of the informant was murdered and deadbody has been disappeared.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated. There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Only on suspicion, petitioner and her all family members have been implicated.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14812 of 2020(3) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 However, considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances as well as material on record, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner, who is mother-inlaw of the deceased. The bail application stands rejected.
