BAJANTHRI) 17-08-2023 The present M.J.C.-Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.07.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5253 of 2021.

2. This Court while disposing of the C.W.J.C., cited supra, directed the petitioner to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 05.07.2021. Petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 13.07.2021. It was to be considered within three months from the date of filing of

Patna High Court MJC No.460 of 2022(5) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 representation. However, it has been complied on 12.08.2023. Therefore, there is delay of more than two years in compliance of the aforesaid order. No reasons have been assigned as to why there is delay in complying the order. Therefore, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to pay litigation cost and it is quantified @ Rs. 5,000/-. The cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 12.08.2023 or any other order stated to have been passed by the concerned officials.
