The petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P. S. Case No. 137 of 2017 instituted for the offences under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that motorcycle of the informant was stolen in night.
In the impugned order of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Bihasrsharif, it is mentioned that the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of one Sanjiv and only on his confessional statement, the name of the petitioner surfaced.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35436 of 2017 (2) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstance of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/C Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S.Case No. 137 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
