BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the writ petition to the respondent Bank counsel Mr. M. N. Parbat within a week from today.
2. The petitioner has sought only for a direction to regulate the suspension period as a duty.
3. The same shall be examined in the light of relevant provision of law of the respondent Bank and proceed to pass speaking order as to whether the petitioner is entitled to difference of salary for the period 16.03.1994 to 19.07.1996, apart from payment of subsistence allowance, if it is already paid. Further
Patna High Court CWJC No.6557 of 2020 dt.17-12-2021 2/2 conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings and its finality before the judicial forum may also be taken into consideration and proceed to pass speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. If the petitioner is entitled to difference of pay or arrears of pay for the aforesaid period, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid time limit.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
