Patna High Court L.P.A No.217 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 learned counsel for the appellant, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to file afresh, on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired.
