Although the writ petition has been filed questioning the suspension order but on call Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the departmental proceeding has reached its final stage and only a final order is to be passed. In the circumstances and in view of the submissions advanced by Mr. Thakur, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the disciplinary authority to pass final order in the disciplinary proceedings expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of the order.
