Despite valid service of notice to the opposite party no.2, she has chosen not to contest the application filed by the petitioner for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1288 of 2015 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
