The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused persons namely, Ajay Ray, Supan Ray, Akhilesh Ray, Vishwaranjan Kumar, Sanchit Ray and Ashok Ray. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.26969 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
