The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant has filed a petition before petitioner no. 1, Md. Tanveer Hassan @ Tanveer Ahmad, who is the Director of the Non Banking Company, but ultimately appointed the informant as a Collecting agent of the Company.

The informant demanded payment of his salary and commission, but was not paid. Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 alleged to be the Manager and Distributor of the said Non Banking Company.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20072 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on record to suggest that the informant was appointed as agent or assured any payment either of the salary or commission. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri S.K. Rai, J.M., Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 154 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
