JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 The present application has been filed seeking following modification of the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70285 of 2018 :- "That this is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70285 of 2018 by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh (J), so far the condition "(This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled)' of the said order is concerned and so that they may give up the aforesaid condition and they shall apology in that condition and they are ready to abide by every other condition as imposed by this Hon'ble Court."

It is, however, observed that it will be open to the Court below to consider any application filed on behalf of the petitioners for their exemption from personal appearance on a particular date.
