The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A and 406 IPC.

The informant has alleged that the petitioner, being her husband, has solemnized second marriage and she is being tortured by him and ousted from the sasural house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is aged about 62 years. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his victim wife with all respects and dignity and he is also ready to deposit an amount of Rs.2000/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.2000/- per month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No.3235/2013 (Tr.No.3726/2014), subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
