2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(B), 325, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The allegation in the FIR which was instituted under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. upon a complaint is that two accused persons tried to pull the niece of the informant with bad intention and upon objection being raised, both the accused persons resorted to brick-batting and subsequently, one Pravej
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17063 of 2025(4) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 Kuraishi came armed with pistol and resorted to firing. There is further allegation that this petitioner, namely, Danish Kuraishi assaulted the informant's mother by means of iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be evident from the FIR itself that the allegations are basically upon other accused persons and so far as the petitioner is concerned, the only allegation is that of assaulting the mother of the informant by means of iron rod. However, no injury was sustained with regard to such assault. It is next submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the compromise petition has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit (Annexure-P/6). It is also pointed out that the other accused persons with graver allegations have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80704 of 2024 along with analogous case.
5. Learned APP for the State, however, strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four
