Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394,411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown and similarly situated co-accused-Kriti Kumar @ Kritibhushan Rai @ Kritibhushan Kumar has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 for the reason that only material was confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
