2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 366/34 of the Penal Code, as informant alleged that his wife is in the forcible custody of the petitioner while he had gone to Mumbai.

3. Let petitioner surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below along with the victim and the court below shall pass appropriate order in the matter after recording the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. following the due procedure.
