The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 121, 379, 414, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on the confession of Md. Rizwan @ Bhutto, some parts of A.K.-47 have been recovered from the field of one Ajmeri Begum.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has cropped up during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered either from the possession or from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2018. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26426 of 2021(12) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that investigation in this case has already been completed, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S.
