Petitioner seeks bail in Parsa Bazaar P.S. Case No.68 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.
The informant in this case is daughter of the deceased aged about 13 years. The informant has alleged that in the night of occurrence her mother has been burnt. She was assaulted in the house. After pouring kerosene oil over her body, she was burnt to death. She has named four accused persons, who are all family members of the petitioner.
In the further statement, the informant has named this petitioner also as involved in the occurrence along with his other

Petitioner is husband of the deceased and father of the informant.
The informant is own daughter of the petitioner. She has given all details in her further statement that this petitioner along with other accused persons had assaulted her mother on the date of occurrence and burnt her after pouring kerosene oil over her body, who subsequently died of burn injuries. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
