2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 328, 304 B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Mahua P.S. Case 416 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the first information report has been instituted belatedly on 23.11.2013 for the alleged occurrence of 19.11.2013. It is further submitted that on 19.11.2013 itself the sister of the deceased had given the statement naming only husband of the deceased.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of
