For setting aside the Annexure-1 letter no.2027 dated 17.12.2020 (Annexure-1) issued by the Respondent no.3 of the Bank rejecting the application of the petitioner filed on 10.12.2020 and consequently setting aside the letter issued vide letter no.1353 dated 9.11.2020 as possession notice enclosing possession letter of the same date (Annexure-2) taking notional possession of residential house of the petitioner and regularization of monthly repayment schedule for the loan amount by giving loan reschedule schemes benefits formulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
