2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1166 of 2016 dated 19.07.2017 and the order passed in LPA No. 594 of 2007 dated 04.12.2008.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners' case is

Patna High Court CWJC No.5004 of 2020(5) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1166 of 2016 dated 19.07.2017 and the order passed in LPA No. 594 of 2007 dated 04.12.2008, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2 (The Director (Primary Education) Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna) along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 2 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
