2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 302, 323, 504, 506/34 of IPC.
3. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons assaulted the father of the informant due to he lost his life.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that alleged offence is accidental one and there is no criminal intent.
5. However, learned APP for the State strongly opposed

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this is fourth time that petitioner has moved for regular bail. Earlier three times his prayer for bail has already been rejected by this Court. Status report of trial Court, learned trial Court has reported that the trial of the case is likely to be concluded within two months if requisite co-operation from parties is received.
7. Accordingly, this petition stands rejected.
8. However, trial Court is directed to conclude the same within a period of two months as reported by the trial Court. If not concluded then petitioner may be at liberty to renew the ground of bail before the learned trial Court. Petitioner is directed to co-operate in trial.
