The petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376(AB), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 6/10 of the POCSO Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.08.2021. Vide order dated 06.04.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that all seven chargesheeted witnesses have been examined and case is fixed for recording the evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16715 of 2022(3) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
