2. Leaned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as would appear from paragraph no.8 of supplementary counter affidavit, which is reproduced hereinafter:

"That after considering the clarification

Patna High Court CWJC No.6122 of 2020(4) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 of AICTE and State Government resolution, the said committee has submitted its report on dated 24.01.2025. That the committee in its report dated 24.01.2025 has found that the writ petitioner is eligible to get the benefit of three non-compounded increments subject to the verification, whether the writ petitioner has obtained Ph.D. Degree as per the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Awards of M. Phil/Ph.D.) Regulation, 2009 or not. If, the Ph.D. Degree of the Writ petitioner shall be fund awarded as per the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D.) Regulation, 2009, in such a condition, he will be entitled to get the benefit of three non-compounded increments."

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the authority concerned is directed to act in accordance with the report of the committee and take a final decision within a period of six weeks in accordance with law from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
